Return & Exchange Policy – erzö
At Erzö, we are committed to delivering high-quality products designed to enhance your everyday experience. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
No Returns Policy
We do not offer returns or refunds once a product has been delivered. All sales are considered final.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged
- There is a manufacturing defect
- You have received the wrong item
To request an exchange:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share your Order ID along with clear photos/videos of the issue
Eligibility for exchange:
- Product must be unused
- Product must be in original packaging
Store Credit
If an exchange is approved but the same product is unavailable, we will issue a store credit equivalent to the order value.
- Store credit will be provided as a coupon/code
- It can be used for any purchase on Erzö
- Valid for 6 months from the date of issue
Non-Eligible Cases
Exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Minor color or finish variations due to lighting
- Damage caused by improper installation or usage
Important Notes
- Erzö reserves the right to inspect the product before approving an exchange
- Shipping charges for exchanges may be applicable depending on the case
