At erzö, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 6-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.
What is Covered
This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Functional issues under normal usage
If a defect is found within the warranty period, we will offer:
- Free replacement of the product or defective part, or
- Store credit if a replacement is not available
What is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper installation
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, discoloration, limescale buildup)
- Damage due to misuse, negligence, or accidents
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
How to Claim Warranty
To initiate a warranty claim:
- Contact us within the 6-month warranty period
- Share your Order ID
- Provide clear photos/videos showing the issue
Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
Important Notes
- The warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser
- Erzö reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any claim
- Shipping charges (if applicable) may be communicated after review
